Towne Square Community Association is conveniently located in the heart of Virginia Beach.
Nestled in a quiet area off Holland Road and South Independence Blvd, Towne Square consists of 3 separate villages each on offering its own unique style of living designed to meet the needs of our 483 families.
The residents take great pride in homeownership as evidenced by the upkeep of the common areas, including the pool, clubhouse, 6 ponds, walking paths and landscaping.
The clubhouse features a modest fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment along with a meeting room and kitchenette ideal for small parties. The pool deck has a shaded pergola, tables with umbrellas along with lots of chairs and chaise lounges for leisurely days by the pool.
Close to the clubhouse, there are play areas for children and paved walkways. This dog friendly community has walking paths equipped with dog stations so cleaning up after man’s best friend while he accompanies you on your stroll through the community is a breeze.
Each of the six ponds have majestic lighted fountains and the meticulous landscaping and lighted trees make the community sparkle every night. The hands on Board of Directors works diligently with management to maintain the community in such a manner that its inviting to owners and their guests. Association meetings are held regularly and attendance is encouraged.
