Clubhouse Calendar

This is the Towne Square Clubhouse Calendar.

If you wish to book the Clubhouse for a private event the process is as follows:

Review the Calendar for availability
If your desired time is available, click "Submit an event" below and CLICK HERE to download the clubhouse Rental Application
Complete and submit the form(s) with your security deposit and rental payment to the Management office.
- Clubhouse Rental is $100
- a $150 refundable security deposit is required on all rentals
- If your rental is during pool season and is outside of normal pool operation hours, you will be required to hire association approved lifeguards for safety regardless of whether or not guests will be swimming. This is for safety and liability reasons. More details are provided on the form.
Your reservation will remain in pending status until the forms and payment is received.
- If the forms and payment are not received within 5 business days of the reservation, it will be automatically canceled.
Once received and approved, your reservation will be updated to confirmed.
